He formally served as SunTrust Bank’s Chief Operating Officer & Commercial and Retail Market Manager for their $3 Billion Central Florida Operations. In addition, Mr. Blass offers consulting services to banks and financial institutions nationwide. Jeff’s ability to quickly analyze, size, and efficiently price complex transactions is remarkable. After serving as an Officer in the US Navy, Mr. Blass earned his Bachelors Degree in Management Services from Duke University, and his Masters in Business M.B.A from Harvard University. Jeff also holds an active Florida real estate license. Jeff resides in the Chapel Hill, NC area and enjoys outdoor activities with his family and community involvement in the Rotary Club.

David brings over 20 years of real estate experience with hyper focus on revenue generation and long term appreciation assets. Well versed in tax strategy, brand absorbtion and capital markets, he oversees debt and equity structure for our clients seeking to expand their portfolio into the Caribbean and Latin American Countries. Headquartered in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic he oversees real estate development projects and can provide a platform to capital that eliminates the complexity of non domestic real estate developments.

Christopher’s career in financial services spans three decades. Christopher’s background in financial services began in the Insurance and annuities field working for International Netherlands Group ING. He also was employed by MBNA Bank, focusing on Specialty Recreational & Aviation finance. His performance and business development skills resulted in multiple finance consulting assignments for hospitality and commercial developers. He also served in corporate management, commercial origination and net branch development for Family First Mortgage, a mortgage banker that expanded into INC 500 Company status, hosting 228 offices Nationwide.

Chris has worked on multiple CRE projects & consulted with individual and corporate sponsors. Closed Projects include domestic & foreign hotel casino acquisitions, hospitality rebranding and repositioning, recapitalization, foreclosure and bank workout strategies, condotel conversions, transient & fractional property finance. Chris has worked with private equity and mezzanine financing vehicles as well as multiple SBA and conventional platforms. Chris attended the University of Central Florida graduating with a bachelors degree in Major Economics and Business Administration

Mr Stewart brings nearly three decades of lending experience to Blue Chip. His background includes strategical analysis and underwriting for complex construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Wade has exceptional ability in loan sizing and financial modeling. Wade’s background includes retail banking, human resource management, technology implementation. Wade earned his Masters in Business Administration in 2007 and currently holds a Mortgage Loan Originators license in multiple states. During his career, Wade has served on many local business advisory boards and enjoys giving back to his community.

Andy Allan, an Australian native, moved to the United States in 2012 to develop real estate opportunities. Andy started his Real Estate career in his early twenties and progressed to work with some of Australia’s largest Residential & Commercial Developers. Over time, Andy specialized in helping clients grow Investment Property Portfolios through Residential Real Estate.

In 2009, Andy started an International Property company that helped investors purchase Investment Opportunities in the United States and personally handled over 250 closings per year. Andy has collaborated and completed international transactions with investors in China, New Zealand, UK, Hong Kong & Ireland.

P.K. Smart, Lanny serves as Senior Development Advisor & Chief Compliance Officer for Blue Chip Commercial Capital. Since 1998 Mr. Smart has practiced law specializing in the areas of financial and commercial real estate development. Since 2000 Mr. Smart has worked as a developer on numerous real estate projects ranging from single family lots and residences, low and high-rise condominiums, office, retail and student housing.

Mr. Smart serves as a consultant to private, commercial and governmental interests on development feasibility, operations, and sustainability. He has consulted on over 160 projects throughout the United States. Mr. Smart received his J.D. degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 1998.

John Copeland is a Father, Adventurist, and Successful Entrepreneur. Coming from a heritage of faith, John has spent the last 25 years serving people through leadership and guidance in the workplace. His background displays many areas of expertise from a long history as CEO of an international non-profit, Copeland Ministries to countless real estate and related projects. His relationship with Blue Chip Commercial Capital provides a global reach through faith driven investment companies, banks, institutions and people around the world. Mr. Copeland holds a Texas & Florida Real Estate license.

Hugo has a vast amount of customer service skills acquired over the last three decades. He has managed Hotels in New York, Orlando, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

His expertise is in enhancing profitability and provides clear, concise paths to better capitalize hotels and restaurants. He has represented hundreds of franchise developers on both sides and worked with many different brands. Hugo has a strong focus on concept development, training, and cost controls as well as franchising. His consulting practice includes full-service business brokering, real estate and investment sales with emphasis on 1031 Exchanges. Hugo operates Nationwide, but resides in Central Florida. He holds an active Florida Real Estate license
